We took a group of our young people along with volunteers to Scargill House in Kettlewell for this years summer residential.

Slip and slide to start the residential

In true Sorted fashion we started the residential with a slip and slide. This was an ice breaker for a lot of our young people and a way to relax as soon as they landed.

Explore sessions led by Tracy and Sam Milne

Every day we had a short session that was based on sketches along with a message that focused on the “parable of the sower”. The seeds of hope were in true Sorted fashion as they were maltesers!

Messy games!

During the explore sessions, messy games appeared to create a fun side and to keep everyone involved in what was going on. We got very messy and there were some big laughs, especially when the volunteers were involved!
