Tracy Milne has overall responsibility for Sorted staff and Volunteers. She loves empowering young people to believe in themselves, gain confidence and try new things. She has qualifications in both counselling and theology.

Tracy loves: Outdoor life with camping at the top of the list.

Robert Johnson is Sorted’s Young Adult and Youth Lead. He has been working with young people for more than 20 years in schools. He has qualifications in chemistry, theology and a lifetime of cheering on Bradford City.

Robert’s interests include history, singing, fishing and being a grandad.

Jonny, our Pioneer Evangelist, is Sorted’s only full-time member of staff. He is often the first face of Sorted that young people get to know. Jonny has a real heart to make a difference among young people.

Jonny loves…football, kickboxing, family and pizza. He can also split an apple using just his hands.

Carl Firth was once a young person that Sorted met at school in his teens. Now he is a Youth Worker for Sorted and is a regular friendly face around Hanson School and at our Friday night socials.

Carl loves… board games, seeing young people be heard, days out and prayer.

Here are just some of our amazing trained and DBS checked volunteer team who give up their time and energy to support our young people and young adults. Sorted wouldn’t be Sorted without them!
